From what i am reading lenders are going to want you to go through your reserve accounts and cap ex accounts .. and if you have none of those well they may just say why not.. its your responsibility as a landlord to have reserves..

@John Morgan I don't know about where you are, but the grocery stores here in Phoenix are hiring for stockers, Fry's Grocery stores sent me an email about that, and Safeway is hiring too.
