REALTORS are trained to sell real estate and they will sell whether the market is dropping like a knife or shooting up like a rocket.

I would love to be able to expand to a different city, train someone I can trust (will be very hard to find) and keep it mostly hands off and just be there for accountability and certain approvals.

It is very hard to get started in this environment and you will likely have more success hitching your train to someone else's in the short run.
