costs of becoming a RE agent
After reading some good posts about what to consider when deciding to pursue a realtor's license (like one of the topics below), I'd like to know what other costs besides the courses and brokers fees are involved in being a new realtor.

I would budget around $1200 to get your license. That will cover courses as well.
