Last I looked in there the city would allow Duplex along Forest Park and near the Berkley place apartments but not on the interior lots closer to the HS and Berry. 

My job will be taking me back to OKC now in mid Feb as the races at Remington Park are nearing.

I have spent most of my life moving routinely, and plan to do so for the rest of my life.

I recommend attending @Joe Fairless meet up that is in on the last Tuesday of every month in Deer Park. 

I'm not aware of any other place in North America where appreciation is tax-advantaged like it is in California, and I routinely read out-of-state horror stories about "30% appreciation = tax bill went up 30%."

I charge around 750-825/person right nowThis new company is building a 400 bedroom high rise in the same area. they are calling them luxury student apartments. these units range from 985-1500/bedroom but are completely brand new, all utilities included, furnished, gated parking, student shuttles, Gym, etc.My question is...HOW DO I PREPARE??? 

But if you believe in yourself, do the research and knock it out of the park... who can argue with that?

It was only for one lot anyway and not a large park. 

Hi- I am looking at a investment property that might be convertible into a 3-4 unit rental property, except the township requires that any additional dwelling requires 2 new parking spaces.So my question- does anyone have experience converting a large yard into a parking lot?
