Anyone know of a reputable Insurance company/agent that could write a Vacant Construction Polity/Builder's Risk coverage for a renovation then after the renovation move that policy into a Landlord policy?

The holding costs taking longer to sell on the market will eclipse the extra cost of fixing the problem correctly the first time.Additionally if you want to keep flipping properties you want to build a good reputation.

One lender might offer you the best terms, but might have a reputation for not getting the deal done.  

and/or Realcrowd and Crowdstreet have good reputations to date (I've invested w/RC but not Crowdstreet yet just due to timing, etc).

As we begin to transition out of solely OO, I'm looking for a reputable GC who can work with us to complete projects on our future endeavors.The highest priorities are:Good communication.Able to complete jobs in a timely manner.Able to walk properties with us and give us estimates.Someone who wants to build a long-term relationship.Can manage subcontractors and is trustworthy.Gotta shoot for the moon right?  

The classic crowdfunding business connect between a vetted and reputable sponsor and the "crowd".

My preference would be a reduction in purchase price rather than have seller fix it; based on a bonafide quote from a reputable contractor in the area.

Speak with a reputable, experience mortgage person who handles and knows FHA loans for more specifics on requirements and what is allowed.
