what office software programs helps?

Hello everyone I'm Elizabeth Broker in Charge of my small Real Estate Company. 

I'm in the process of opening my Real Estate Company and I'm hoping to find out what software programs other companies are using to assist them with stream lining their work flow.  Any advice will help, I'm hoping to maintain control of all documents and also provide a way for my agents to request their commission via online.
