@Vince FutiaDepending on the type of building you have, and local laws, you can look into doing data/telecommunications antenna lease to a communications company, since bandwidth is needed more and more.

It will be THAT person's responsibility to communicate the content of the documents to them and secure their understanding.At the very least, such a person will likely need to have the tenants' power of attorney.
