Allende,  I've been using AgentPro247 for a few months and have noticed the same.  

An eviction on the NOD usually has the owner/landlord's phone number on it, as does a notice of commencement (pulling a permit for repairs on a house)The financial affidavit on a divorce usually includes contact info.  

Probably will be heading that direction as I noticed quite a few investors that are realtors, agents, or brokers as well

I noticed one property today on HUD Homestore that wasn't on the MLS, so they are out there, but expect plenty of competition regardless.
