Conway has 3 major colleges and Little Rock has several colleges along with the state's only medical school.

You are setting yourself up for a major problem if you are found to be discriminating in ANY fashion.Take a class in fair housing. 

We are currently looking at La Grange, Downers Grove, and Naperville - a broker that has a more intimate knowledge of those communities would be a major plus. 

A lot of the clubs want you seated and quiet for the majority of the meetings, listening to just one person.

It's also not a bad idea to invest in two less expensive properties to start off than one more expensive - just in case you overlook something major while you're still learning.

I didn't consider this to be a major impact to the market in Spokane initially as within the region there are a good number of universities already, but you guys bring up a very good point of bringing in additional bodies that will be looking to stay in the area for an extended amount of time. 

I knew that institutional investors were major players in Atlanta, but I had no idea that they were bigger here than anywhere else.  

I did a majority of the work myself (tiling, painting, concrete, landscaping, demolition, carpentry, etc.).

Would that be a good choice of major for that field or would economics or finance or something be better?
