Know any investor-friendly RE Brokers in Chicagoland?
Hi All,
I am fairly new to BP and real estate investing (as in we are looking to purchase our first multi-family soon). As per several recommendations in the podcasts and from reading around the forums, I am looking for a real estate agent / broker that is a real pro and works closely with investors. We are currently looking at La Grange, Downers Grove, and Naperville - a broker that has a more intimate knowledge of those communities would be a major plus. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Kathy - My primary business is investing in small multiunit buildings in the city of Chicago. I recently got my Illinois real estate brokers license to help like-minded investors. I am familiar with the Western Suburbs (have been living in Downers Grove for the past 10 years).
