Foundation and roof are solid..

Do you anticipate huge costs such as roof, siding, etc.?

Reasons why I am interested in this property:1. it is a turn-key property 15 minutes from my house2. it is in a very desirable area and inventory is low3. the HOA covers ALL outside maintenance and the roof, siding (as this house is considered a detached condo).4. comps rent out for $1500-1700/mo. tenant pays all utilities.5.

Brand new roof after a storm knocked a tree down in 2010 (insurance paid for the repairs).

At another place the high pressure and lack of pressure tank cause the tank to leak.

It needs a new roof, driveway, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, flooring, cabinetry, minor foundation issues, and more.  

Home has new roof, windows, and security system.

Since, I have had a roof leak, a faulty dishwasher, ants, etc etc .....

The roof will need replacing in the next few years, but not necessarily today.

While that is true, what I found in some videos that leaked onto the web was NOTHING compared to what you could find on BP.
