Few coaching programs were advocating aggressive Bridge debut over the last 2-3 years, and these are the ones that their members are now struggling with maturing debt. 

I’ve spent 2k last year on various repairs including a major expense to replace the water heater, I am not overly concerned as this also contributes to the property value.

This last time they told me to go with Antique Brass or Brushed gold faucets and hardware in the kitchen.

We spent the last year remodeling the basement ourselves and currently have our first medium term renter (We fully furnished the unit to squeeze more rent out). 

So, for the last few months she's submitting reports about breakers tripping (no pun intended), so we send an electrician out, and he finds a 20 plant grow with massive lights throughout the garage!
