I'm no fan of Intuit, the company, and feel they perpetuate the horrible situation we find ourselves in because they make money off of it, but their software is GOOD and is thorough (for at least non-RE things), efficient (importing data, analysis v. prior years, etc) and explained a lot which was the point I was making to the preparer.

In either case, I would assume you are looking at a contractual dispute so I’d suggest talking with an attorney specializing in real estate contracts (for example maybe the one you used when you bought the house).The point of figuring out what you want, though, is to make sure you and the lawyer are on the same page from the very first interaction: lawyers are expensive and it is well worth some investment in your time by yourself to figure out what you want to happen rather than brainstorming it live with a $400/hr tab running.Best of luck.

The agent is a good guy and means we'll but isn't as acute as I've grown accustomed to and his interactions 3rd party individuals rather its a tenant neighbor or appraiser when representing me make me cringe at times.

I'm currently a junior (16) in high school, and I've been considering becoming a real estate agent.For me, being a real estate agent would be the perfect career:- I just love real estate- I would get to interact with those in my community and form new relationships- The income is scalable, and how hard and smart I work directly correlates to income- I would get to create my own schedule to a certain degree- Access to the MLSBeing a real estate agent would combine my two favorite things: real estate and selling.
