Twin Cities, MN Property Management Companies

Hello, I have just begun to start searching for my first investment property in the NW Twin Cities metro. I'm curious what property management companies in the Twin Cities area BP members have had good luck with? What about bad experiences; are there any companies you would avoid? Also, what are general fees (monthly, tenant placement, etc). Thanks, Austin

@David Moore I always think it is funny when people call a locksmith out to re-key doors.  You can buy new locks for $15 per door.  We replace the locks then collect the old locks and cycling them in and out of different properties.

I personally haven't used a PM and the main reason is that I want the option of making a repair myself.  I may chose to hire something out but I want the option.
