I am an international students on F1 visa starting PhD in this fall.

I came across a rather large need in a community in Manitoba at a school that has an international program that needs housing for all of the foreign students.

I think it helps to work with and participate in deals as an intern or apprentice to understand how to get over the first few deals.

But my partner and I have a program for international and out of state investors like yourself.

We trade off a smaller non-refundable move in fee for never having an appliance work order that most of the time we are unable to handle internally with our maintenance staff.
