Newbie - Chicago, IL

Hi all,

My name is Steve Horvath and I'm a new member to this website based in Chicago, IL.  I found this site researching throughout the internet and want to become more acquainted with it!

My interest in real estate investing started in college when I took a real estate development finance course which I absolutely loved.  I'm now at a point in my life where I can focus more on real estate and start my business.  I'm a financial analyst by day so I'm quite comfortable with analyzing and number crunching.  I've been reading everything I can get my hands on to learn this exciting endeavor!

I do not know anyone within my current network that is experienced or even interested in real estate investing so my goal is to (hopefully) find someone who will share their wealth of knowledge with me.  Anything from a cup of coffee to pick your brain or even exchanging emails I would be greatly appreciative.  I'm absolutely willing to help you out in any capacity I can! (I apologize if this is against the rules for this, I will gladly remove if so)
