Looking to sell property in Jamaica

Do we have anyone in the community well versed on selling properties internationally? I currently have a deal in Jamaica in the infant stages meaning I do not even have a Real Estate agent in mind. The property is currently unoccupied but valued at 1 million. I am interested in wholesaling this deal because I am in direct communication with the owner. Any information from the community experts is appreciated.
