Hey All, Just curious what apps you guys can't live without?  

I recently got stationed at Travis AFB and just started to get into the real estate investor world so if any of yall want to chat it up about real estate I'm all game.Also, I joined this group called "Real Estate Investing for All Levels" on the app Meetups.

@Jay HinrichsRight I see those posts on Facebook constantlyWhat I'm saying with credit card fraud - you lose your card, somebody racks up $1,000 in charges - you call you your CC company and they wipe it out and investigate it for fraud but you're coveredWhich is why I use my CC for hard money lender app fees!

Is there a site/app that gives you the pricing of all the homes in that area?

I'm not sure what niche yet but thinking rental properties but with a view to longer term sale.I am based in Lake County Illinois (not sure if this is the right place to invest but that is likely my first search area), are there any good websites or App's for finding great deals on foreclosure or pre foreclosure properties I should be reviewing?

Just FYI I found an app that's called DPA Search and you can find all down payment assistance programs by state and county.
