Good Afternoon everyone,

I'm a new member from Antioch, California and I'm interested in learning more about The golden state finance authority-platinum down payment assistance program-Fannie Mae or the golden state finance authority-platinum down payment Assistance Program- FHA/VA/USDA I don't understand the difference. I learned from BP that a multi family up to 4 units is still considered residential so I was wondering if this program could be used if I house hacked, from my understanding you don't need to be a first time buyer to use this program. Just FYI I found an app that's called DPA Search and you can find all down payment assistance programs by state and county.
