Hi All, I am totally new to the investing community and am starting to get prepared for my first property investment. I'm not sure what niche yet but thinking rental properties but with a view to longer term sale. I am based in Lake County Illinois (not sure if this is the right place to invest but that is likely my first search area), are there any good websites or App's for finding great deals on foreclosure or pre foreclosure properties I should be reviewing?
