This combined with a very proactive Mayor who seeks initiatives that encourage economic growth have really become attractive to those investing in Pittsburgh. 

Starting early means being able to enjoy on the power of exponential growth over time - if you buy correctly.

I plan to have my course finished by the end of 2015 but recently have been employed by a company with good growth prospects so unsure whether I will pursue a job as an agent as I only wanted the job for the knowledge it would bring.At this point, my passion for games has all but dried up and as that was one of the few thing I identified with and made most of my friends through.

Additionally, while all of the Dallas Metroplex has experience significant growth, Lancaster has always been one of the worst performing parts of the city with respect to new development.

This coming investment will either be a flip or a buy and hold since there is a lot of growth potential.

A friend said a lot of the good ones he knows are booked for weeks or months with the Austin metro growth, so I figured BP would have some good recommendations.

What about its potential for long term economic growth or long term gentrification?

Mold growth is bad, and here in Colorado it's really hard to have mold problems.

For some it may not happen or take forever, whether it is continued growth, money pulled out, are staying the course with what you have.  

Having said that, it's been a great way to accelerate the growth.
