Hi Everyone! My names Julio Miranda, I reside in So-Cal; more specific the Riverside area. I'm 19 and excited to start my investing! My ideal goal is to start flipping real soon, As Rates are low i want to look i to flipping one house in 2015..touch the water with it and seek to flip more if it goes well, and grow/expand from there. Long term 10 years from now i'd love to have multiple properties, and rentals.. But right now in my first flip: Ill start off with how I plan my approach. As soon as i turned 18, I got come credit cards and worked them and got a good (short but good history) score (700's). So with that, my mom approached me into investing in a house. I dont make much so i will co sign with my dad (just for approval) but my mom is my partner who will provide the $ (50k to invest). Being in SoCal the market seems saturated. Im going through Podcasts and trying to absorb as much as i can. I plan on going through the forums and learn the ins and outs of flipping. So at the moment im going to start my approval through a bank soon. With all that being said, when flipping what does everyone suggest or offer with my details in finding a home? Im new to this and trying to figure out many many things like acquisition, capital, retail what IS AND ISNT a good deal and EVERYTHING possible. I got a lot of homework to do. Looking forward to meeting and networking with many in the near future and even work for some of you guys who dont mind mentoring. Thanks everyone!
