Cedar Park - Contractor and Home Inspector

Hey BP Nation - New to the Cedar Park/North Austin area. Looking to pick up a SFH (or two) and wanted to know if anyone had recommendations on good general contractors for some rehab and/or pre-purchase home inspectors? A friend said a lot of the good ones he knows are booked for weeks or months with the Austin metro growth, so I figured BP would have some good recommendations.
