You're making some exciting moves, I think it's important to stay focused and starting with contractor work would definitely give you some good insight on the work needed to be done.

Don't start getting excited to purchase your first deal. 

If your business is incorporated and you are a controlling shareowner, they will want to see the corporate tax returns and Notice to Reader financials from your accountant.

I just bought my first 3 family property last year in August and I'm super excited to find my next one.

It hopefully shouldn't be too hard to find experienced flippers who are excited about helping out genuinely enthusiastic young people, especially if you are able to add value to them in some way.Also make sure you have long and thorough discussions with your partner about your expectations for your endeavors and how you plan to handle any contingencies you can think of.
