Depression & Anxiety with not finding a DEAL for 3 plusmonths!

I have been waiting and getting my credit score and everything last year in order to get a Duplex to house hack in the Lake county IL area. There was an opportunity to get a turnkey property and the numbers would of worked but I didn't feel like i was getting a good deal as there was practically no negotiation it was a take it or leave it situation at THERE PRICE!

I decided to take matters into my own hands and purchase a list from listsource in order to create my own deal.However the list i got were SFH and now its been two weeks and they are trying to correct the issue as i wanted MULTI-FAMILY real estate.At this point I feel the world is against me and nothing is popping up on the market.And i know its a sellers marker currently but the anxiety is crazy as i need to find a place prior to my lease running out.

Is there any other avenue i am not trying to create a deal or find one? Ive tried list source,craigslist,A property manager i know to give referrals.i am a First Time home buyer as well so maybe i am a bit to excited?
