Hello everyone! Thrilled to finally have taken the jump to be apart of the BiggerPockets Forums! I am a 20 year old from Massachusetts, new but definitely thrilled to finally be able to make time for something I've always wanted to do, learn the real estate industry. I am currently working on obtaining my Massachusetts Salesperson License at the moment but not too sure about work as an agent. I'm currently looking to take on some work full-time employee or as an intern to learn and gain first hand knowledge in either remodeling, contracting, and/or property management part of Real Estate.

Welcome to BP! You're making some exciting moves, I think it's important to stay focused and starting with contractor work would definitely give you some good insight on the work needed to be done. Make sure you go to local events to talk to other professionals and find out where you might fit in the community. Best of luck!
