I'm finishing up The Millionaire Real Estate Investor - great book, so happy that so many of you have recommended it.I'm in the process of setting up an excel spreadsheet with which to track returns, both ROI and ROE along w debt paydown, cash flow, equity accumulation etc.Does anyone know if a version from his book already exists online that could be downloaded?

I'd like to download some income, employment, and housing data so I can analyze a few of the zip codes I like.

Is it more difficult to execute a deal with a property in probate or are there steps that I can take to make the process seamless?

Hard money would be a more seamless process, while still does require appraisal etc.

we have created our own after tweaking and borrowing content from 5-10 applications that we obtained through various sources (agents, websites, attorneys).i think you can download it from my website too. i dont like the spacing (too small), but you can at least see the information that we ask. it's really basic, actually. why pay if you can make your own in 30 mins?

Returns are very healthy and the game is free to download NOW on Apple store as "mine that gold".
