Systematizing driving for dollars list

Hello, can someone please explain or link how they systematize their driving for dollars list. I have accumulated a few dozen addresses from driving around my local. I would like to know: 1) how to organize them so I could easily do repeat mailers ? 2) how do I keep track of how many letters are sent to each individual address? 3) how can I set up a quick and efficient system to print letters and envelops? Or is it better to outsource ? 4) Also how to track response rate? Basically a system to organize, track addresses and to print repeat mailers. Thanks in advance.
