Hi everyone,

Just wanted to take a second to introduce myself to the community.  

My name's Daniel and I've been living in New Jersey my entire life.  I graduated college with a degree in Architecture.  For a brief time I pursued furniture design as my main business but it's turned into a hobby as of late.  I won't bore you with the details but long story short, it takes a great deal of capital and the prospect of a return is negligible.  Unfortunately, you can't survive very long on passion alone.  

I've always toyed with the idea of real estate investment but I've never delved too deep into the details.  Today I'm starting that journey with priority number one being research.  You'll probably see me poking my head into different topics or asking questions on your forum posts. My main objective is to do all that I can to gain as much knowledge as possible before making my first investment.  

I look forward to all the community has to offer and can't wait to join you all on this exciting endeavor!
