Hello, I want to get started in wholesaling in South Jersey (Burlington County) and looking for direction from fix and flippers and buy and holders in my area to see whats a good deal in this area. I'm in the Air Force and moved here in 2011 and in Jan 2014 was introduced to the idea of wholesaling. Any information, help, mentoring is greatly appreciated. I just know its time for me to start doing and stop talking.

Welcome@Lamontay Garrett. @Account Closed is correct, start attending the SJREIA meetings. I am a newbie myself, (also from Burlington County) and started going to the REIA meetings and they have been very informative. I just reactivated my real estate license and stated researching current market trends learning to analyze potential deals. I also teamed up with a general contractor to help me with rehab estimates. Listen to the podcasts and read the Bigger Pockets books (I've read all of them). There is so much info available. Welcome again!!
