What should you look for before deciding if a property is a STR or regular rental You are given great advice in all of the previous posts.

This is why virtual wholesalers do not close many deals or they end up leaving too much meat on the bone because they cannot accurately price the rehabI definitely understand what you are saying because that was my biggest thing possibly leaving to much meat on the bones thank you for the advice  

I've spent a lot of time trying to get a good understanding of the basics and would love to get as much practical insights as possible so welcome any advice/mentors.
