I got it under contract before listing it on the MLS.

It just technically gives the mortgage holder the right to call the entire loan due if they discover the title change and choose to enforce that right.

The mortgage would initially be about $1400.I haven't asked about the listing yet.

Is it a specific neighborhood/area (geographic market) or it is a specific list of home owners within an area(s)?  

Hello All,I have a good list of buyers who I have a good relationship with but don't have any properties to give them.
