Sticky note marketing
So i've recently seen that some people use sticky notes as a cheap marketing way to get leads.
My main question is should i just blanket neighborhoods with the sticky notes and should I also include either another note stating i will give a referral fee, or include it in the notes.
Im thinking of just using a handwritten note saying "I buy houses ,Try me! ##### -Leah Rose."
but since id be blanketing them i know most will trash it but if i offer reward maybe i will get some Leads...? Any advice?!
