Recommend you first figure out the property Class you want to invest in, THEN figure out the corresponding location to invest in.When investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

I am scheduled to look at a property this weekend with this one being different compared to others I’ve viewed in that it was built in 1900.

Totally different vibe in Navarre Beach vs PCB/Destin/everywhere else.
