Now that those ventures into the PE markets and doing this business at large scale are part of my past, I'm extremely excited to get back to my favorite part of REI, meeting people, doing deals, and helping other fellow adventurers in any way I can.I am very excited to be part of the BP community.

Almost all lists work, but it is about the implementation of the mailer , investor awareness and ability for them to execute that makes the difference .

Hey all,I've struggled to understand interest tracing and even after re-reading the IRS documents I am still pretty fuzzy and hoping to find some guidance from this community. 

Owner signs the contract, but the listing agent needs to be aware of it.

We've considered this option as well, also living in a ski resort community.

I paid $154,000 for an 1 acre lot, the economy crashed and so did the lot price to $30,000, the price as of today is $90,000, I don't think holding on to it Is a good idea anymore I still have to pay for lot Maintinance, community fess and property tax on it, any opinion will be appreciated.
