Back in the saddle...

BP,

My name is Corey Donahue and I've been in the single family REI space for about 15 years. Recently, I was fortunate enough to be involved in the ground floor start up of Invitation Homes (INVH) which finally went to the public markets this past February. (I opened the Florida markets and ultimately was responsible to buy/rehab/lease/manage over 12000 single family homes which we bought 1 at a time from Q2 2012 to Q4 2014) Lucky me, I can say I have signed more individual closing packages than anyone in Florida history... that and $5 still only buys me a cup of coffee at StarBucks!

Now that those ventures into the PE markets and doing this business at large scale are part of my past, I'm extremely excited to get back to my favorite part of REI, meeting people, doing deals, and helping other fellow adventurers in any way I can.

I am very excited to be part of the BP community. I have spent a lot of time recently listening to the BP podcasts, etc and I am thankful for the vision that Josh had to put this community together. 

If there is ANYTHING I can do to help any of you, please let me know. I am excited to plug in and do anything I can to help others avoid many of the thousands of mistakes I have made in my career (and maybe do some good business along the way).
