Think new construction sales, this happens all the time where they work for a builder but still write contracts for buyers, they just can't advise/negotiate for them, more like order takers.

You can try some local investor/builder groups, experienced pros will often know a lot of the answers you seek off the top of their head.

I’m looking for a builder 1st by contacting my network.

We went through the process of rezoning, getting approval from the city, getting the architect, builder and engineers on board, and getting the lawyers to get the correct paperwork. 

I have a pretty good understanding of the players, the governing bodies, the challenges and more of developing and investing in real estate. 

@Cindy Rule Do you have to have different insurance as the builder because you are selling as condos rather than apartments?

All I can say is that everyone should be making contacts with local builders.

I am actually trying to find some local builders to connect with.
