I avoid the Suffolk City borough but I'm sure you could get some good cash flow there if you're up for doing low income investments.I see you're living in CA but still representing the 617.

The vacancy rate is very low, and rents to property values are much better than Toronto.

However depending on your market or quality of property MLS listing may be a better choice.

Most recently, I have started a Real Estate Photography business (robquinnphotography.com) helping agents, property managers, landlords and builders market their sale and rental listings with high quality photography. 

You could lower rent to fill a vacancy only to discover it is someone that suddenly can't pay rent (lower quality tenant).  

The lot rent should be commensurate with the quality of the Park.  

Hi all and thanks for responding@Chris TanYour suggestions about finding someone in Israel are great, and that is on of my missionsActually I just came back from a friend of mine - American, and he gave me some phone numbers and other contact information of people here that invest in the US, and people in the US that invest in real estate, so it is a good startUntil now I was actually gave up on this idea, and start looking for investment here in my country, although it is expensive (and yes..our low priced areas more expensive than bigger houses in the US) for two reasons:1.

I quickly sent out a text to the concern tenant to low or stop playing the karaoke.

Good rates (for HML) and low closing costs.

Not sure conventional loan would work due to such a low loan amount and also close in 7-10 days.
