Hi everyone,

Im a new investor in Northern Kentucky working to close on my first deal. I have a single family 3 bed 1.5 bath home located in Bellevue that I'm trying to finance. Does anyone have a recommendation for a local hard money lender or bank that is willing to work with a new investor? I want to investigate the HML route before considering a conventional mortgage.

Background:

I am a Mechanical Engineer working in Cincinnati, living in Northern Kentucky. I grew up in Bellevue and much of my family still resides there.
