Hi everyone,

First of all, the information shared on Bigger Pockets has provided so much to value to the world of Real Estate Investing. I have been been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts, reading their articles and occasionally lurking on the forums for a few years now. I live in a very competitive and overpriced market and have spent the last few years focusing on my career as a Structural Engineer educating myself and saving my money for the future. 

Outside of that I have been getting my hands dirty doing maintenance for landlords in New York and New Jersey. 

Most recently, I have started a Real Estate Photography business (robquinnphotography.com) helping agents, property managers, landlords and builders market their sale and rental listings with high quality photography. 

All of the above is helping me build experience and a network within my local real estate community and earn some money on the side to put towards future investments. Finding all this work to be really fun is just an added bonus.
