I also currently  don't have any contracts and am trying to make sure I find  solid contracts and not just anyone off the internet. 

Anyhow, we are all passionate about real estate which is nice and enjoy connecting to talk, debate, shoot the #$@% and I hope some of the good advice can find its way to newbies so that they too can have spare time to blow on the internet.

Hello all,I am a first time investor looking to get started in the Niagara region, Ive been actively searching the internet and veriwing houses!!!!

These businesses range from Airbnb income, Cleanings Services, Internet Marketing work, and more. 

(Obviously, you've asked a legal question so I have to recommend you consult with an attorney instead of taking advice from non-attorneys on the internet, etc. but those are my thoughts :)

The terms we're close to agreeing on are favorable but after looking through the zoning laws and searching the internet i'm not sure if i can legally rent it and run my shop there.

Now I have an LLC, and the LLC is paying for a bit of marketing expenses related to attracting sellers -- direct mail, FB ads, phones/internet, etc. 

We notice today that they have pulled the ad for the house off the internet.

Don't over analyze but use the info and tools on the internet and these forums and come up with a profile and make it work.
