First Time investor Looking advice
Hello all,
I am a first time investor looking to get started in the Niagara region, Ive been actively searching the internet and veriwing houses!!!!
I am finding multi family homes with tenants are easy to find, BUT because of the latest rise in real estate the rent are considerably lower then market value.
Ive found a very attracting duplex in St Catherines ON. numbers are OK but rent is low for the area.
Id like to do some renovations on this property and attract better tenants, Ive seen that if you are purchasing a property and are going to renovate, you have to give 4 months notice to current tenants.
So if anyone could pass on some advice or personal experiences that would be much appreciated.
