Title Company and Real Estate Attorney in Tampa, FL

I am currently in the beginning stages of wholesaling properties.  I have my targeted list to start marketing to and a cash buyers list to start calling as well.  However, I'm looking for referral in the Tampa, FL area for a investor friendly Attorney and /or Title company that is familiar with the wholesale process.  I am hoping to find a title company to bring regular business to and can  help me close quickly with my wholesale deals.  I also currently  don't have any contracts and am trying to make sure I find  solid contracts and not just anyone off the internet.  AS I am new to this and searching for my first deal, I want to make sure I am not only using solid contracts but also protecting myself thru out the process.  Any help is gretaly appreciated.  Thanks
