As for the Title Policy: "Seller will pay the basic charge for the buyer's title policy, but the buyer will pay any additional premiums for the survey/area and boundary deletion".

The offering plan that is sold with the house usually gives more information in regards to the bylaws, fees etc...If the seller does not have a copy calling the association might charge a fee as what happened with the current condo I am looking to sell.
