How is PM charging you if the agreement is over?

Because I need cashflow proceeds to start being withdrawn in 2 years and not today, I'm looking for how I can build up the empire with a larger portfolio with continued investments beyond the initial $250k now.  

In the idea, the property owner can still sell their property, with the event of buyback executed and property being withdrawn from the platform.

If it turns out that the tenant clogged the drain, we give them one warning and after that we charge them.

They don’t charge anything for these extra accounts, my tenants pay directly into those accounts.

Minoan does charge you once they put in the order, so it is not for free.
