I attended my very first REIA meeting on Wednesday which was a lot of fun, and I plan to attend at least 3 months worth of events, all in an effort to get an idea of what I'm getting into.

I've searched for events on BP within the Palm Beach area and started following @ Jon Huber after seeing his coffee meet-ups in Delray.

My preference is to attend the Millionaire Possibilities event that happens the first Thursday of every month.

The quick answer that comes to mind is to network through local RE events and conferences, etc...however, how did some of the more seasoned investors find success with this early on in their RE ventures?

Seeing theses homeowners get back into their home through this traumatic event, is so amazing and fulfilling.

So I wondered if there were investors out there who have spotted lenders that accepted the "LLC" exception on a policy level.I think it's only Fannie so far and not Freddie.Tom Gomer, the 12 month occupancy as primary residence requirement is mentioned in brackets as an example of a possible event that violates the purpose of the loan. 

Should I rely on guests to wheel the garbage cans out to the curb every Tues night before trash pickup and wheel the cans back into the garage every Wed after trash pickup?
