Greetings BP community! New to south Florida, hailing from Vermont. I recently purchased my first SF home in Boca Raton in a age restricted community. Currently in the process of renovations with the intent to rent the property. I'm excited to cut my teeth on REI here in the sunshine state. Interested in meeting up with local REI's to learn as much as possible! Cheers!
