Hello There! I am Joyce and I live in the Olympia, WA area. I have always been interested in real estate my whole life. My husband and I have always talked about owning rentals and helping people out by provided nice and affordable housing. We just recently took the leap to start educating ourselves and getting our finances in order. Our goal originally was to buy 1 multifamily rental for every 3 fix & flips we did. But we recently learned about the BRRRR method and are super excited to use this method.

Why now?Our children are all raised and living their lives. We want the financial freedom and flexibility to travel and visit the kids and grandkids. We want to leave them a legacy. It is time for us to get this moving!

I have been and am currently a project manager for a restoration company. I help homeowners out when they suffer from a crisis of fire, flood or mold. I dry their houses out or remove mold damaged and fire damaged materials, then we work together to restore their homes to almost brand new. In the end, it's like it never even happened. Seeing theses homeowners get back into their home through this traumatic event, is so amazing and fulfilling. I am excited to rehab homes and provide nice homes to families.
