Check with your state laws to see what constitutes an "illegal eviction".

So long as they are not a danger to themselves or others, there is no law against being nuts.If your lady is a danger, get with social services, they may come pick her up and take a "trip to the funny fram where life is beautiful all the time" (had to throw that old song in).
