Bandit Signs

Hi does anyone know if it is legal to put bandit signs in Massachusetts? if not where do I find this information I tried and came up with nothing.

Yes, mike's right - some local gov'ts now offer permits that allow you to put them out. That's the best approach.

Otherwise, we advise that you put them out on Friday nights and pick them up on Sundays. Code enforcement gets the people that leave them out (especially on weekdays when code enforcement is at WORK ;-) ... but really, it's just being a good neighbor if you don't leave them out - many see it as littering.

All that said, bandit signs work to get calls. And $ per call, they are probably the most efficient form of marketing that almost anyone can afford.
